Central Location with a Few Downsides
I recently stayed at a hotel located right in the heart of the city, which was by far the highlight of my visit. The central location meant that everything I wanted to see and do was within easy walking distance, from shops and restaurants to local attractions. It was incredibly convenient and added a lot to my overall experience.
However, there were a couple of aspects that didn't quite meet my expectations. Firstly, the microwave provided for guest use was placed in an area that was not easily accessible, making it somewhat inconvenient for those of us who prefer to prepare our own meals or heat up snacks. Additionally, the lack of staff presence was noticeable. While I understand the move towards more automated services in hotels, the absence of readily available staff to assist with queries or issues was a drawback

Great location for a boat trip
Spaciouds, clean, great location as a stop over between boat trips!
The beds are very uncomfortable, very soft matress for us who have back problems

System buggy, but good concepg
Ease of use. No cards,no check in or out.
Code was 20 minutes late and request for early check in was approved 2 days after I'd already checked in. Also only one very thin pillow was not sufficient.

Good
Location close to bys terminal and ferry boats. Very easy to access room.
There is kettle, but no cups for hot drinks.
